The 4 day Package Itinerary

WEDNESDAY 27 OCTOBER Arrive into Edinburgh airport, Scotland, and transfer into the city, dropping off your luggage at the hotel. We will be trying to work out all the arrival times and if at all possible, meet you at the airport. More details nearer the time. We hope to meet you all this evening at the hotel, where we can all enjoy meeting teams from other countries and getting to know eachother. More details later on location. THURSDAY 28 OCTOBER a free day in our capital, but, we would suggest a visit to the Whisky Heritage Centre, the castle, a local pub (Whiski on the Royal Mile) and some fun along the way. Meeting up again this evening at the hotel bar or one of the local pubs nearby. Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Edinburgh.

FRIDAY 29 OCTOBER our coach meets us after breakfast and we transfer to Perth at 8am. A visit to the Scottish Liqueur Centre to look around and maybe sample! Then a wee drive further north to Edradour distillery at 11am, leaving us time for a dram and visit before arriving in Perth approx 1.15pm. We will drop those who wish it at our local pub here in Perth; Christies. For those not wishing this, we will drop at the hotel, all luggage will be dropped here for all guests. We will depart the hotel at 3.30 for the rink, curling starts at 4pm prompt. Ending our session at 6pm, we transfer back to the hotel, time now to relax and chat with other curlers, find a bite to eat! Whisky tasting will start (at the hotel) at 9pm, your host Peter Guthrie of Dewar's World of Whisky, sample a few drams in the company of experts! Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Perth. SATURDAY 30 OCTOBER the curling final, who will come out top?  CHALLENGE FINAL IN PERTH first ice High Noon, please be at Dewar's Centre for 10am. Once we have completed our Challenge we will all pay a visit to Dewar's World of Whisky at Aberfeldy in Highland Perthshire! Our coach will transfer us all for a true taste of Scotland. Back in Perth for early evening when we can all meet up again for the Awards Dinner at our hotel. Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Perth.

SUNDAY 31 OCTOBER och it's homeward again today for many of you! Our coach will be making one trip to Edinburgh, airport. We hope you have a happy flight home and have enjoyed the challenge!
